A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Myhusband & I have never been to Key West. Last year we stayed in our 1st rental vacation home near our son in downtown LA. We loved the experience so much, we didn't think twice when choosing a vacation rental for this trip. Sugar Palm Suite is in the perfect location in Key West, making it easy to get anywhere. We also rented a golf cart, highly recommend this as well. The suite is in a quiet, quaint part of Key West and just beautiful inside & out. The shared pool is amazing.Our Inn Keepers were quick to respond to any of our needs or concerns. And the Key West concierge service was amazing & well worth it!!They booked our Sunset sail, golf cart rental, Jimmy Buffett walking tour & purchased & delivered our provisions. We made lots of memories & plan to return sooner than later!

We stayed in Key West for 4 days and had a great time staying here. Place was clean and relatively close to everything-rent a bike! It is the best way to get around. The management team were quick and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again-pool area is great. Neighbor noise was very minimal during our stay.

Our vacation was perfect. The Sugar Palm Suite was wonderful, very cozy and comfortable. A great location off the beaten path, but not too far to walk to Duval Street for entertainment. Higgs Beach was a short walk through a beautiful neighborhood. The pool was very refreshing after a trip to the beach. We were disappointed not to find the gas grill that was listed to be there.

The Sugar Plum Suite was a great size. Nice kitchen area. Bed was comfy. The property and the room were very clean. The pool area was cozy (very little sun at the pool though). Everything was locked down tight, so we felt very safe (though Key West is a very safe environment, so I never feel unsafe there). Lilith was great at helping us book a boat trip. The one and only area that was a bit off was that the walls were so paper thin. We shared a wall with a studio unit. I literally thought someone was in our kitchen a couple times when the neighbors were moving silverware around in their unit. They stress to be respectful, but small coughs can be heard thru the walls. We would stay again. Overall, it was a nice place.

My husband and I stayed in the Sugar Plum Suite for a week in early February. 2024. We were impressed with the new, soft linens, the fully equipped kitchen, and the professional and attentive management. The entire property is clean, well manicured, and the pool is clean and well kept.
It is a 5-10 minute walk from Duval and quiet, which we consider an advantage. We would highly recommend.

We could not believe the beauty of this property. It felt like we were staying in a tropical jungle. The unit was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable. Pool towels are provided and there is filtered water and ice located at the pool. You have to park on the street but we never had trouble finding a spot. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Key West.

Great property and great location. Only 0.3 miles to Duval Street. One thing is the shared door between rooms/suites is not sound proof. I’d recommend thinking about how to sound proof those doors. Very loud when others were next door.

Beautiful and very clean rooms. Nice pool. Good location. Only complaints were could not get any sun by pool area. It’s mostly shaded or you have to find the one corner that has any sun. It was colder than normal so sun would have been nice. Pool is heated. Also, I remember reading it here but dismissed it. The soundproofing between rooms or suites is non existent. I’ve never experienced anything like it. We could hear conversations. Music. Even people walking around. That is the one thing that would make me think twice before staying there again.

Pleasantly surprised to say the least. I looked for a last-minute weekend stay and found Travelers Plam Inn. Their sites photos are very accurate. The managing host very accommodating. We arrived late evening, found it easily, facility centrally located with easy access to area sites. I'm very analyzing minded as to the thought behind property construction, decor and amenities making this my top contender choice. A+ is my rating.

Overall a lovely place and a great time. Perfectly located in Key West: close to great places but far enough from the noise. The Pool area was very pleasant, a great place to relax and cool down after walking around all day.
However, the shared door between our suite and the attached unit was NOT sound proofed. We could hear and participate in every conversation taking place in their room. The neighbors were not excessively loud: there's just no or little soundproofing.
Also, there should be a mirror in the bedroom. Two people trying to share the one mirror in the bathroom gets a little crazy.

We loved our stay in the Sugar Palm Suite. It was clean, spacious, we felt like home and we slept very well in the comfy bed. Our host made sure we received all the instructions to get the key long time before our arrival, it was clear and easy. Also, we enjoyed the pool area, everything about this place is fantastic. Also the location is a must. Highly recommend.

Quiet, very clean and in a perfect location - all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Communication from property manager was awesome both pre and post stay - check in / check out process was flawless! The pool was a welcome, cool, clean place to unwind after a stoll down Duval in The July heat. Highly recommend- we will definitely be back!!

From the moment we set foot in this completely renovated cottage, we knew we were in the right place. Perfectly located within walking distance of all dining, entertainment and attractions, it offers a backyard oasis to cap off your wanderings with a cooling swim. The amenities provided are top end and plentiful. If you’re looking for an immersive Key West experience, this is the place for you.

Arrive early on day of check in. They were very helpful in allowing us to put our bags in the unit. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The customer service was over the top. Travelers Palm exceeded the description given. We went to The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory was a great experience. We did the Flamingle with Rhett and Scarlet and it was the highlight of our trip. Had the best dessert at the Better than Sex Dessert Restaurant. Both were 3-5 minute walk. Abbondanza Italian Restuarant was a 3 minute walk and it was authentic fresh Italian meal. Great Experience will go back.

Every detail is perfect. From the cleanliness to the K-cups provided, to the beautiful pool, to the luxurious shampoo and conditioner, no detail is overlooked. Here at Traveler's Palm you get boutique luxury in Key West. I stay often and try to book here whenever I can. There's no place that gives you the space and freedom of the suite. The full kitchen and refrigerator allows for you to make breakfast and have it by the pool. Parking is adequate and everything is walkable.

We had a wonderful time. The location is great. It is very private, quiet, and lush. The rooms are large and very clean. The private pool and pool area is a wonderful plus.
